to the Centre of Gynaecology!
We welcome patients of all ages - we offer gynecological care for both children and adults. We deal with cervical cancer preventive screenings. Young people up to the age of 26 can receive free counseling at the youth clinic.
We deal with diagnostics and surgical treatment of gynecological diseases. We have open pediatric gynecologist appointments and appointments for counseling perimenopausal women. In addition to the usual gynecologist appointment, we also provide pre-operative advice in the case of gynecological tumors and in the field of oncogynecology.
We perform minor surgeries, examinations and procedures in the Day Surgery Department. Day surgery patients do not have to stay overnight in the hospital, but can go home the same day. In the Gynaecology Department, we provide assistance for all gynaecological problems requiring longer treatment, as well as performing various types of gynaecological surgery, including complex gynaecological oncology surgery.

We advise you on a variety of gynaecological problems. You can visit a gynaecologist for advice on various issues, for regular check-ups, and with various gynaecological complaints. We advise young people up to 26 years of age in the Youth Counselling Office. At our counselling it is possible to apply for an appointment with a paediatric gynaecologist. In addition, there are appointments available to see a gynaecologic oncologist, and for women experiencing problems with urinary incontinence and their pelvic floor. There are appointments available for perimenopausal women. The Breast Health Office can be contacted for breast checks and breast-related problems. Preoperative counselling appointments are available for women in need of surgical treatment, a referral from a gynaecologist is required for this appointment.
An appointment can be made with a midwife for cervical cancer screening and vaccination against HPV. We perform breast cancer screening.
A referral (except for special appointments) is not required for an appointment with a gynaecologist or midwife.
Appointments may be scheduled by calling customer service at 666 1900, on-site at the registration desk, or through the National e-Booking system.
Women’s Counselling appointments are located in the Tõnismäe Unit, the Ravi Unit, and the Magdaleena Unit.
Gynaecology and Day Surgery
Gynaecologists working in the Gynaecology and Day Care Department of the Women’s Clinic are top specialists in their respective fields. We perform operations on a daily basis, both laparoscopically and laparotomically. We have 3 operating rooms.
