Information for family members
- Visiting is permitted in the Ravi and Magdaleena units from 15.00–19.00 (Mon–Fri) and 12.00–19.00 (Sun–Sun) and in the Järve Unit from 15.00–19.00 (Mon–Fri) and 12.00–16.00 (Sun–Sun).
- Do not come to visit loved ones if you are experiencing the symptoms (cough, sore throat, runny nose, fever) of a viral disease (colds).
- Up to two visitors are allowed at the same time.
Helping for relatives of the deceased
Our sincere condolences to you for the loss of a loved one.
You will receive the death certificate and the deceased’s personal effects upon presentation of your identity document (if possible, bring along the deceased’s identity document) from 14.00–16.00 on the working day following the day of death:
- from the A-wing reception desk on Ravi St. (Ravi tn 18, Room RA0169);
- from the Magdalene Unit’s A-wing reception desk (Pärnu mnt 104, Room MA0120);
- Nursing Clinic (Järve Unit, Tervise 8 /Energia 8, Room JA0130)
