the Centre of Occupational Health

Our centre of occupational health provides occupational health services to enterprises of all sizes on the basis of a permanent contract. Through medical examinations and counselling, we help prevent work-related health risks and ensure the well-being and work ability of employees. We also welcome anyone who wants to get vaccinated – we offer seasonal vaccines (e.g. against influenza) and year-round vaccination (e.g. against tick-borne encephalitis, hepatitis A and B, and diphtheria).

Our centre is located at an acute care hospital, which allows for quick cooperation with medical specialists, if necessary, and the referral of employees to rehabilitation. This is what makes our service flexible and comprehensive.

For occupational health service recipients, we offer:
• the advising of employers and employees on occupational health and safety issues
• initial and periodic medical examinations of staff (including officials of the rescue service, security guards, prison officers, etc.) 
• organisation of occupational health and safety documentation 
• vaccinations as needed

For the provision of occupational health services, we conclude a permanent contract with the enterprise, which takes into account the characteristics and risk factors of the specific working environment.
