According to Ene Halling, Board Member and Head of Treatment of East Tallinn Central Hospital, patients still have to take into account that waiting times will be longer: "The treatment of Covid patients has extended the waiting times for planned treatment and the return to scheduled work will take place on the basis of the existing waiting list."
All patients whose treatment appointments have been delayed will be contacted by the hospital to reschedule.
