Quick and contactless appointment confirmation using self-service

Patients of East Tallinn Central Hospital are advised to confirm their arrival in the self-service environment at iseteenindus.itk.ee. This way you can avoid the reception desk and head straight for the doctor's office.

You can register for your appointment within two hours before your appointment is due.

The self-service solution can also be used to immediately pay for any invoices prepared. If they wish, patients can also print out the registration confirmation or send it to their e-mail address. All future bookings are also visible in the system. The self-service solution can be used on different devices (mobile phone, PC, tablet). Use your Smart-ID, Mobile-ID or ID card to log in!
