East Tallinn Central Hospital announces public written auction for lease of pharmacy premises

East Tallinn Central Hospital is letting pharmacy premises at Ravi 18 in Tallinn by means of a public written auction.

The net area of said premises is 123 m² and the starting price for the lease premises is 45 euros/m² per month, excluding VAT. The purpose of the premises is to provide pharmacy services. The commercial lease contract will be entered into for a period of five years.

The auction is open to all persons who have the right to provide pharmacy services in the Republic of Estonia and who are not banned from taking part in the auction.

The participation fee is €100 and the cash deposit is €11,000. The deadline for bids is 28 February 2022 at 14:00.
