Changes to parking arrangements at the ITK Ravi Street and Magdaleena units starting from 1 April

As of 1 April 2024, the parking arrangements on the Ravi Street and Magdalena units’ territories at East Tallinn Central Hospital will change. The parking service will be provided by AS Ühisteenused, which won the state procurement.
Free parking is available at the Ravi Street unit:
- for patients visiting the emergency department at the Women’s Clinic with a vehicle parked for less than 24 hours;
- for patients visiting the Centre of Emergency Medicine with a vehicle parked for less than 12 hours.
- As of April, both the Centre of Emergency Medicine and the Women’s Clinic have terminals at the reception desk where a customer service representative can initiate free parking for those who request it.
Prices:
- First 20 minutes with parking clock – free of charge
- Each 30 min started – €1
- Hourly fee – €2/h
- 24h parking fee – €15
- Parking penalty – €40 + km
- Disabled car parking is also subject to a fee.
The parking operator is responsible for the handling of customer penalty appeals, involving the Transport and Operations Management Department in the process if necessary.
