Paid test panels and lab tests

In our central laboratory, you have the option to order paid laboratory packages or individual tests without a doctor’s referral. This way, you do not have to wait for an appointment to get a referral, saving you time when a health problem requires a quick visit to the doctor.

We have combined various laboratory analyses into packages to make it easy and convenient for you to get an assessment of your health based on key indicators.

Paid laboratory packages

• Initial laboratory tests package to detect hidden health problems.

The analyses included in this package (haemogram, blood sugar, creatinine, C-reactive protein, GGT, ALAT, cholesterol, TSH, urinalysis) provide an initial assessment of your metabolism, blood formation, liver, kidneys, urinary system and the presence of inflammation. The results include a written explanation by the laboratory doctor.

• First step in health assessment

The test package with a consultation with the laboratory doctor detects hidden health risks. The interpretation of the results will be discussed with the laboratory doctor. The package includes the following tests: haemogram, blood sugar, creatinine, CRP, GGT, ALAT, cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, TSH, urinalysis, vitamin D. The laboratory doctor will explain your results and the nature of any disorders and provide recommendations for further action.

Ordering tests and providing samples

• Certain paid laboratory tests can be ordered and samples can be given at the blood collection rooms at Ravi Street, Magdaleena and Tõnismäe without booking an appointment.
• Payment for individual test(s) can be made at the hospital in cash or by card, through the patient portal  iPatsient or, if absolutely necessary, we can issue an invoice.
• When paying an invoice by bank transfer, please indicate the invoice number and patient's name under payment details.
• If the payment deadline is exceeded, the patient will receive a reminder and if the payment has not been received within 30 days after the deadline, the unpaid invoice will be forwarded to a collection agency.

Lab test results

• The test result(s) will be ready by the date indicated on the test ordering information sheet, counting from the time the sample was given (confirm at sampling location).
• The test result(s) will be available after the entire order has been completed through the Health Portal.
• To receive the result in paper form, please visit the registration desk at the sample collection site closest to you – Ravi Street, Magdaleena or Tõnismäe.
